Baby Oliver on mend thanks to SAS
A mum has thanked the Scottish Ambulance Service responders who attended to her five-month-old son at the family home in Penicuik.
Hayley Muir praised the efforts of Paramedic Jamie Wyse and Technician Duncan Forbes, of Edinburgh City Station, who helped Oliver after an emergency call was taken by James Stevens.
Hayley said: “I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the call taker and paramedics who attending to my 5 month old baby.
“Oliver spent two nights in HDU, but is now back to his normal self .
"We are lucky to have a great service available to us. There is not enough credit given to our emergency service and the great work you do.”
