Audit observer - volunteer needed!
Are you interested in helping our audit teams to improve infection prevention and control for the Scottish Ambulance Service in North Scotland?
The Scottish Ambulance Service Infection Prevention & Control team (IPC) is responsible for ensuring ambulances are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness.
The Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) team complete regular cleanliness audits across all stations in line with NHS Scotland National Cleaning Standard Specifications (NCSS). This standard requires a number of these audits to be peer and public reviewed.
As such, we are currently looking for an independent public 'audit and review volunteer' to assist our IPC team in the reviewing and auditing process.
This role is required across the North of Scotland and will involve volunteering for a few hours, twice per year. Though we cannot pay for attendance, we do pay agreed expenses.
We pride ourselves on providing a very high standard of care, and we need your help to ensure that standards stay high. Please email scotamb.pfpi@nhs.net with a bit about yourself and what interests you in a role with us.
