Press Call: Celebrating 25 years of Operation Safety

We would like to invite you to attend a media day celebrating 25 years of Operation Safety
The Scottish Ambulance Service, along with several partner agencies, delivered safety and first aid advice to Primary 7 children today (October 11) to celebrate 25-years of Operation Safety
The initiative is a multi-agency project, was first held in 1998 and is for Primary 7 children from schools within the East of Dumfries and Galloway. Since the first event, more than 25,000 children have received invaluable safety advice.
Currently, it involves the Scottish Ambulance Service, the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service, Police Scotland, , SP Energy Networks and Youth Works.
The media day will be held at DG1 sports Complex in Dumfries from 10.30 AM to 11.30AM.
